I’m Melissa McClellan, founder of Emme James Studio — a Cincinnati-based interior designer, certified professional home stager, and organizer. I specialize in helping busy professionals and families create beautiful, functional spaces they truly love.

From full-service interior design to customized home staging, seasonal styling, and organizing, my goal is to transform your house into a home that feels timeless, inviting, and uniquely yours. Every detail matters — from a curated color palette to thoughtful furniture selection to weaving in personal touches like art, heirlooms, and meaningful décor.

Alongside my design work, I’m also a licensed real estate agent. That experience gives me a unique understanding of how design choices impact a home’s value and appeal. It allows me to approach each project not only with a designer’s eye, but also with insight into what makes a home marketable and timeless — a blend that benefits both homeowners and sellers.
